Anna Silk was born in Fredericton as the child of Peter Silk, an academic as well as Ilkay Silk, an multi-talented actor, director, producer, educator, playwright as well as Director of Drama in St. Thomas University. Anna Silk was the daughter of a British father and an Turkish-born mother from England. Early on, Anna appeared on several commercials on television. Anna moved to Toronto Ontario in order for the purpose of pursuing her acting. The decade following, she relocated in Los Angeles. Anna came across Seth Cooperman in 2007 at an actors' workshop located in Los Angeles, and they were engaged in 2009.
