Anna Paquin, a Canadian-New Zealander actor. Paquin was born in Winnipeg and grew up in Wellington and made her stage debut in the role of Flora McGrath when she played her role in The Piano. She won an Academy Award at the age of 11 years old for Best Supporting Actress. Anna Paquin is full Anna Helene Paquin born on the 24th July 1982 Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. Paquin was played as the child title in Franco Zeffirelli's Jane Eyre in the year 1996. Also, she was the title part for the role of the Queen in Fly Away Home, a film that was released in that same year. Paquin played Frankie Addams in a 1997 television film adaptation of the novel written by Carson McCullers The Member of the Wedding and had a minor role as Queen of Spain in Steven Spielberg's Amistad (1997). She portrayed teens for the roles of Hurlyburly (1998) She's All That (1999) and A Walk on the Moon (1999) as well as the groupie Polexia Aphrodisa In Almost Famous (2000).
