Born on the 25th of November, 1968 Jillian Noel Hennessy is a energetic Canadian actor and a singer who is renowned by her outstanding contribution for American television. The show has been highly praised for her stellar performance on the American television show Law & Order in which she as Claire Kincaid as a prosecutor for three seasons and Crossing Jordan, wherein she was Jordan Cavanaugh the main character for six seasons. Hennessy has also showcased her talents as an actor in films like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted and the indie films Chutney Popcorn and The Acting Class in which she flexed her writing and co-directing muscles. Hennessy kickstarted her acting career along with her sister in 1988 playing twin call girls in Dead Ringers. The actress sat for a few minutes on Broadway in the musical Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story, after which she moved into the world of science fiction in 1993 as the character Dr. Marie Lazarus. In the fall of that year, she was a part of the crew of the NBC sensational crime drama Law & Order in the character of assistant district prosecutor Claire Kincaid. In that role, she captivated audiences throughout the three years that ended in the year 1996.
