Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia is a model and actress. Her fame was first noticed in Australia for her role as Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap drama Neighbors for a total of 100 episodes that were broadcast from 2006 to 2007. Her debut project to be a part of Hollywood was a comedy based on choral singing Hollywood & Wine that she appeared in, where she played a young actress who is new to Hollywood. She was then offered a role in the ninth season of Scrubs which portrayed Maya a very sexy medical student. The show was then abruptly canceled. Following that, she was able to make the Farrelly brothers ' comedy known as Good To Shoot. The show was co-starred by Jason Sudeikis as well as Owen Wilson. Thereafter the actress starred in short-form films and B-series films. 2013 was the year she had the opportunity to tackle more difficult projects. She appeared in six episodes on the detective show Franklin and Bash, and later, she got her first appearance as a regular on the online series Chosen, starring Milo Ventimiglia.
